Michael Berger is a veteran of organizations and an expert in human dynamics, generational matters, as well as systems and change. His background is a blend of specialized training and success with small & Fortune 100 companies in North America and Asia/Pacific, with the past four years in New Zealand. He holds a Masters degree in Organization Development and an advanced certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Other areas of expertise and training are Adult Development, personality & communication styles, emotional intelligence, organizational values, and Leadership issues across generational lines.
